Our real-time reservation service for online booking has the ability to accept online reservations for hotels, campsites and apartments, to manage inventory and control electronic distribution channels a single reference point.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Hotel Policies:

  • The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the property and subject to additional charges by the hotel directly.
  • Each person with a valid photo Identification document necessary as identification at the time of check-In by all Indian Nationals. Original Passport and One Valid color photo necessary as identification at the time of Check-In by all Foreign Nationals.
  • The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked. No refund would be applicable in case the check in is denied under such circumstances.
  • Children above 5 years will be treated as an extra person and additional charges are applicable. Each booking's lead guest name must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (e.g. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Complimentary Breakfast at 08.00 am to 09.30 am in Restaurant. The property loves animals but pets are not allowed in the property and all premises. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
  • When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Cancellation Policy(es) :

  • Any changes / cancellation done within 48 hours of check in date will attract a penalty for 1 night rate + Tax.
  • Any changes / cancellation done before 48 hours before check in date will not attract any penalty.
  • No Show will be charged for full stay

Terms & Conditions :

  • Payment / Booking Terms
    • TRAVEL PLEASURE is authorized and contracted by Hotel Silver Oak to resell their rooms / accommodation to guests. TRAVEL PLEASURE is reselling the accommodation and other travel related services to you. Hereby you authorize TRAVEL PLEASURE to charge your credit card for your booking. Your booking is completed only after the full amount is charged to your Credit / Debit Card. Your credit card/bank statement will show the Charge in the Name of “TRAVEL PLEASURE”.Your credit card will be charged in Indian Rupees, depending on the issued currency of your credit card your bank may charge you in local currency.
  • General Terms
    • Primary guest must be of 18 Years or more age to check in at the hotel.
    • You need to carry a valid Personal Identity Proof to check in at this hotel ex: passport , Driving license. Failing which the hotel may deny the room and there may be penalties levied on booking. Early check in / Late check out are subject to availability and hotels may charge for the same at the time of check out. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Subject to the KOLHAPUR (Maharashtra) Jurisdiction.
  • Liability Terms
    • TRAVEL PLEASURE always intends to sell accommodation that customers can enjoy.
    • TRAVEL PLEASURE also does a basic quality check while contracting the hotel for the first time. However, the customer needs to understand that the management of the Hotel Silver Oak hotel, in general, is solely responsible for upkeep and provision of facilities and amenities at the hotel during your stay and it is totally controlled by the Hotel Silver Oak. TRAVEL PLEASURE cannot be held responsible for any negligence on the part of the Hotel Management. Our total liability to You is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law. All warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or other damages not described above.
